Children's Health Camps of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Located in the scenic Mironkul neighborhood of Samarkand district, the “Yosh Astronom” Children’s Wellness Camp offers a fantastic opportunity for children aged 7 to 14 to relax and improve their health. Just 15 kilometers from Samarkand city. Spanning 6 hectares and surrounded by centuries-old plane trees and a variety of ornamental plants, it creates an ideal setting for rest and recreation.

The camp provides cozy and well-equipped accommodations with rooms designed for 4, 6, 12, or 24 children. Meals are served five times a day in the dining hall, offering tasty and nutritious dishes. To ensure safety, the premises are equipped with video surveillance, and officers from the Department of Internal Affairs, the National Guard, and the Emergency Situations Ministry are on duty around the clock.

Each day, experienced counselors and mentors lead a wide range of creative and athletic activities tailored to the children’s interests. These include drama, music, choreography, robotics, crafts, and painting. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy tennis, volleyball, basketball, and football on the camp’s sports grounds.

Campers also have access to various facilities, including areas for concerts and performances, playgrounds, sports fields, a summer cinema, a library, a swimming pool, and relaxation zones. A vibrant daily program includes discos, contests, and fun shows involving the children themselves.
