Introduction

Definitions

1. Voucher – a document confirming the child’s right to stay at a children’s wellness camp for the specified period.
2. Camp – a children's wellness camp registered in the “oromgohlar.uz” system.
3. System – an integrated information platform including a website and mobile applications for searching, registering, and purchasing vouchers.
4. User – an individual who searches for and purchases vouchers through the “oromgohlar.uz” system.
5. Parent – a User who purchases vouchers for their child.
6. Child – a person for whom the voucher is purchased.

Acceptance of the Offer

1. The acceptance of this offer is expressed by obtaining a paid service through the “oromgohlar.uz” website.
2. By agreeing, the User consents to the processing of their data (including payment information, phone number, full name, registration details, and other necessary information).
3. The Department guarantees the confidentiality of personal data per the current legislation of Uzbekistan.

Subject of the Agreement

1. The Department provides the User with access to the “oromgohlar uz” system to search for, register, and purchase vouchers for children's wellness camps.
2. Processing of personal data is carried out to properly fulfill contractual obligations and ensure feedback with the User.

Price, Payment, and Refund Procedure

1. The voucher price is determined by the camp based on its internal pricing policy.
2. Payment is made via the Click or Payme systems.
3. A service fee of 2% of the voucher price is charged for each purchase.
4. The total cost is communicated to the User upon service confirmation.
5. Payment must be made in full (100% prepayment).
6. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the application is submitted via the system.
7. If the child leaves the camp after staying 2 or more days, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Obligations of the Parties

Department’s Obligations:

1. Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the “oromgohlar.uz” system, except in cases where malfunctions are caused by third parties.
2. Taking legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect and maintain the confidentiality of the user's personal data.
3. Timely informing users about updates and changes in the system and its services.

User’s Obligations:

1. Comply with the terms of the offer.
2. Independently ensure the information security of their device.
3. Not use the system for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Liability of the Parties

1. The Department does not bear responsibility for the actions or inaction of the User within the scope of this Agreement.
2. The Parties shall be held liable for failure to fulfill or for improper fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. The User assumes responsibility for the security and protection of their personal data when entering it through unsecured connections.

Termination of the Agreement

1. The User may delete their account and refuse to perform the agreement at any time.
2. The User may also withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding notice via email.

Dispute Resolution

1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved amicably.
2. If not possible, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the location of the responsible party.

Photo and Video Recording

1. The User gives consent for the child to be photographed and filmed during their stay at the camp.
2. The photos and videos taken may be used for promotional and informational purposes on the camp’s and the Department’s official website and social media platforms.
3. The User may withdraw their consent for the use of photo and video materials at any time by sending a written notice to the Department.

Other Terms

1. All issues not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. By accepting this offer, the User confirms unconditional consent to all terms and undertakes to fulfill them.
3. 50% of the voucher cost is compensated for children of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan by clause 1(b) of Presidential Decree No. PQ-427 dated November 18, 2022.
4. No discounts apply to children who are not citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. The voucher is valid for children aged 7 to 14 (inclusive). If the child is 15 years or older on the date of purchase, the camp will not accept the child, and payment will not be refunded.

This offer is made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Commerce" No. 792 dated September 29, 2022.
