1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1. The following terms are used within this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Site Administration (hereinafter - Department)" – The Department for the Organization of Recreation and Rehabilitation of Children of the Republic of Uzbekistan, whose authorized persons organize and carry out the processing of personal data on the website www.oromgohlar.uz, determine the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions performed with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal Data" – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

1.1.3. "Processing of Personal Data" – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" – a mandatory requirement for the Department to prevent their intentional dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.

1.1.5. "Site User (hereinafter User)" – a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the site www.oromgohlar.uz.

1.1.6. "Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the site.

1.1.7. "IP Address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The User's use of the oromgoh.com website signifies agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website www.oromgohlar.uz. The Department does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may follow links available on the site www.oromgohlar.uz.

2.4. The Department does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User of the site.

3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Department regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides upon request of the Department when registering on the site or when placing an order to purchase a camp voucher.

8. ACCOUNT DELETION

8.1. Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.

8.2. To request account deletion, users must follow these steps:

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in to the app.
3. Navigate to the Profile option in the main navigation bar.
4. Tap on the My Data option.
5. Click the Delete My Account button located below the user's data.

8.3. The types of data that will be deleted upon account deletion request include:

• User profile information
• Information about your children
• Ticket related information

8.4. Certain data may be retained for a period necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

8.5. This action is irreversible, and all data, once deleted, cannot be retrieved.
